Refund and Dispute Policy
1. Refund Policy:
Development and Services: Refunds may be issued if services are not started within 14 days of payment.
Partial Refund: If less than 25% of the project is completed, partial refunds might be considered, minus costs incurred.
No Refund: Beyond 25% project completion, no refunds are issued due to customization and labor invested.
Consulting: No refunds for consulting hours post-delivery due to the bespoke nature of advice given.
2. How to Request a Refund:
Email within 30 days of purchase with your project or invoice details. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
3. Dispute Resolution:
Initial Contact: Address issues with your project manager or consultant.
Formal Complaint: If unresolved, send details to Disputes.
Mediation: If necessary, mediation before legal action, with costs shared.
Litigation: Legal action should be the last resort, filed in the US state of Wyoming.
4. Policy Updates:
We may update this policy; changes are effective upon posting online. Using our services post-update implies acceptance of the new terms.
