Refund and Dispute Policy

1. Refund Policy:

  • Development and Services: Refunds may be issued if services are not started within 14 days of payment.

  • Partial Refund: If less than 25% of the project is completed, partial refunds might be considered, minus costs incurred.

  • No Refund: Beyond 25% project completion, no refunds are issued due to customization and labor invested.

  • Consulting: No refunds for consulting hours post-delivery due to the bespoke nature of advice given.

2. How to Request a Refund:

  • Email within 30 days of purchase with your project or invoice details. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

3. Dispute Resolution:

  • Initial Contact: Address issues with your project manager or consultant.

  • Formal Complaint: If unresolved, send details to Disputes.

  • Mediation: If necessary, mediation before legal action, with costs shared.

  • Litigation: Legal action should be the last resort, filed in the US state of Wyoming.
